Zefi´s Villa

The interiors mix comfort and modern charm for a winning combination. Eclectic art pieces add a zing to the soft palette of pastels and aubergine hues, and the light flooding through the glass panels elevate it further. The refreshing views of the sea and the gardens in the lot, render the house with a zen and calm vibe.

Villa Zefi consists of two apartment houses (Apartment House I on the ground floor level and Apartment House II on the 1st floor level) with separate entrances, which are also connected by an internal staircase.

Both apartments have similar layout, hosting up to 5 guests in bedrooms (plus one more guest on an extra folding bed at the living room) each (total, 10 guests in bedrooms plus 2 in extra beds).
Each of the two apartment includes:
Two large living areas with access to a furnished veranda overlooking the sea, a fully functional open plan kitchen, an indoor dining area, two double bedrooms (twin beds that can be joined with a double mattress topper), one single bedroom, and two full bathrooms.
The 4 double (twin) bedrooms open onto balconies with wonderful views of the sea and neighboring islands.

The outdoors of the villa include the large private swimming pool, an adjoining lounging area furnished with sunbeds, an outdoor dining area with a barbeque grill under an arbor and stone gardens.
The 50 sq.m. swimming pool is equipped with eco-friendly technology as water disinfection is achieved with the use of an advanced salt electrolysis system, without using chlorine tablets, ensuring a pleasant and healthy swim.
Please note that a twin villa with own outdoor areas and pool, is located within the same lot as Villa Zefi (only shared part with this villa is the entrance to the lot).

Villa's services and facilities include: Air conditioning (living rooms and all bedrooms except the two single ones), WiFi internet access, washing machine, ironing equipment, dishwasher and many more.

Other services: Guide from Aegina port to the villa upon arrival, cleaning service / fresh linens and towels every 4th day, free bath products.
Please note that a 300 euro refundable damage deposit is required at the check-in at the villa (the amount is returned at the check-out, given no damage is caused at the property by your travelling party during your stay).
