Aeginitissa Villa I

The lovely Villa Aeginitissa I sits on a lush green lot. The natural hues of the lawn marry well with clear blue skies and the deep blue expanse of the sea in the distance. Spend time lounging on one of the parasols around the pool, listening to your favorite tunes or take a swim in the large private pool  with nature’s melodies as your background music. On other days, prepare a delicious grilled meal cooked on the outdoor barbeque station. The patio is perfect for cozy star gazing at night and relaxing naps during the day.

The uplifting exteriors of the villa are contrasted by a more subtle palette inside. The pastels are infused with a joyful burst of color with interesting art and wall fixtures. The cozy and comfortable furnishings and the eclectic décor give the house a full spirited appeal.

The villa has 5 bedrooms that can comfortably house up to 10 guests. 4 additional guests can be also accommodated in extra beds.
There are three levels to Villa Aeginitissa I.

The ground floor level has a living room with the fire mantel, a dining area and an open floor fully equipped kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms with en suited bathtub-fitted bathrooms and a double bedroom with an attached shower bathroom. The floor opens to the fully furnished balcony and an outdoor dining area with a fantastic sea view.

The lower level features a playroom-cum-library, a double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, a guest WC, a laundry room and one more double bedroom with a seating arrangement and a private shower bathroom.

The upper level (loft) has an additional seating area connected to the ground level by a woodwork staircase.

Outside, the property has a large pool (14 m. x 7 m.)  with a connected  Jacuzzi part and a shallow pool part for children. There are also sunbeds/parasols and a poolside bar. Moreover, there is a covered seating area in the patio, an outdoor dining area and a barbeque station. Lush green lawns cover the rest of the property, enhancing the aesthetics of the surroundings. Last but not least, there is an independent pool house, including a lounging and dining area, kitchen and WC.

Facilities included with villa are: Complete Air conditioning, WiFi access, dvd/cd/MP3 player, radio, TVs, safebox, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, babycot and chair, parking spaces.

Other services and amenities included are light cleaning and change of linens and towels twice each week and free bath amenities.
Guests may also request the following services on additional fees: Yoga lessons, cooking classes, babysitting services, trips to the neighboring islands and other activities featured at the island.
