Villa Bella-Vista

The villa will entice you with its modern architecture and conveniences along with its verdant natural environment.
It covers a surface of 500m² that consists of the 3-floor main villa and 2 independent guesthouses. It sleeps up to 14-15 guests in 7 bedrooms, 3 in the main villa and 2 in each of the two guesthouses.
On the first floor of the main villa, you will find three spacious and elegant bedrooms. The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third one is equipped with twin beds. On the same floor, there is another large bathroom that is shared by the two bedrooms and it is well-stocked with high-end toiletries. All three bedrooms are furnished with exquisite minimalism and have premium-grade mattresses, linens, and pillows. 
Moving up to the main living room on the second floor, your biggest challenge will be deciding from where to gaze out at the breathtaking panoramic vistas. This light-filled space has everything you need, including a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar. The living room opens onto the opulent balcony, where you may spend romantic days staring out at the Saronic Gulf and enjoy your sunset-themed dinners with your closest friends or family.
Taking you down to the house's most enjoyable area: the game-filled ground floor, also known as The Playroom. Down there, there's a mini pool table, ping pong table, board game table, and a TV (cable and satellite channels). On this floor, there is also a living room and a fully equipped bathroom.

What’s more, the villa's outdoor areas include a large swimming pool with a great view of the Saronic Gulf and the surrounding islands, a jacuzzi by the pool, as well as a small children's pool, a covered dining area and various outdoor sitting spaces.

Just next to the pool area, the 'Taverna' is strategically located between the main house and the two guest houses. This is where everyone will meet to 'break the bread.' This is where your group’s 'Master Chef' will prepare his or her specialties! It would be a pity not to use the taverna's glitzy, professional kitchen. 

Finally, the 2 elegant Guesthouses are just a few short steps away. You will be fascinated by the rustic naturalism that is balanced with high-end conveniences in the comfortable interiors.
One of the houses has two bedrooms, each with luxurious high-end mattresses and linens, a living/dining/kitchenette area and a bathroom. 
The second house is great for a family with little children. It is a small stone-bungalow consisting of two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds and complemented by a minimal white island-style bathroom.

Villa's services and facilities include: Daily light-cleaning service, WiFi internet access, air conditioning, TVs with cable and satellite channels, accessibility by a lift in the interior of the main villa, safe deposit box, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, bicycles, parking spaces and many more.
