Ellanion Villa I

Ellanion Villa I, perched on the grassy hillside, offers awe-striking views in every direction. Sip refreshing drinks by the poolside with an incredible view of the shore, and Moni and Agistri islands, or enjoy the gentle sea breeze as you lap around the private pool. The sea-view seating area is great for blissful evening teas or just a lazy nap in the afternoon. The best feature, however, is the outdoor dining area. Enjoy delicious meals with vibrant greens during the day or a starry show at night.
 
Ellanion Villa I has a beautiful stone work on the exterior with is gracefully juxtaposed with modern décor inside. The furnishings are thoughtful, comfortable and stylish. The open floor plan along with the grand windows and glass doors give both houses a breezy touch.
 
The two attached houses are constructed on a huge plot, with 6 bedrooms and nursery that offer accommodation for up to 12 adults and a baby (the houses cannot be rented separately).

The first house has five levels.
The ground floor houses a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room as well as the kitchen open to a poolside terrace with seating/dining area under pergola
On the first level, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a cute nursery with a baby cot, which opens to a balcony.
The second level has the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an attached sea facing balcony. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub on the floor which services a cozy indoor seating area too.
The first lower level features 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
The second lower level houses the playroom, a seating area and a storage unit. Upon request, an extra folding bed can be placed in the playroom for the accommodation of one extra guest.
 
The second (attached) house of Villa Ellanion I has three levels.
On the ground floor there is an open floor living area with a fireplace, a furnished kitchenette and a double bedroom. A bathtub-fitted bathroom services the level.
The lower first floor has a room that is used as storage and is locked for guests´ access.
The second lower level has a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The two houses have a common outdoor area which boasts of a large (40 sq.m.) private pool, a fully furnished poolside area featuring loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower, a quaint sea facing seating area and a beautiful outdoor shaded dining area. The structures are surrounded with lush lawns on either side as well. 
 
The villa’s services and facilities include: Full air conditioning (floorstanding Air/Condition units), WiFi internet access, TV, mini sound-system, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, parking spaces.
Self catered accommodation (neither cleaning service during your stay, nor bath products, are included in the rate). Bed linens/towels are provided.

Please note that another villa (Ellanion Villa II) with own outdoor areas, is located within the same lot (at 40 m. distance) from Ellanion I.
Ellanion Villa I can be rented along with the neighboring Ellanion Villa II for the total accommodation of up to 20 guests.
