Alexandra Villa I

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in its three floors.
On the lower ground (pool) level, guests will enjoy direct access to the pool from two ensuite double bedrooms. On this level, there is also a guest WC and a third ensuite double bedroom.
On the upper ground (entrance) level, there is the living room with an open plan dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The area opens up to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the sea. On this level, there is also a double bedroom with a balcony that also looks over the pool and the Aegean Sea, and a full bathroom.
On the first floor level, there is the fifth double bedroom of the house with similar design and a balcony with the same great views.

The gardens surrounding the estate, as well as the large swimming pool (15 m. x 6 m.) is shared between Alexandra Villas I & II.
In addition, the plot is situated within a pine forest, far from the touristy locations, in a tranquil spot of the island (accessed through a few-meter -approx. 250 m.- country-road).
The plot includes one more set of two houses (built below Alexandra villas) with their own outdoor areas and pool.

Amenities include: Internet access (through mobile-internet device), A/C units (at 4 out of the 5 bedrooms plus the living room), ceiling fans, dishwasher, open parking spaces.
Services included in the rental rates are: Guide from Aegina port to the villa upon arrival, cleaning service and change of towels/linens once per week (no cleaning service during the stay, for reservations of up to 5 nights), bathroom products.

Alexandra Villa I, can be booked along with the adjacent Alexandra Villa II, for a total accommodation of up to 18 guests.
