Some few hundred metres outside Perdika village, Pierre house is perfect for your relaxing trip to the beautiful island of Aegina.

A short ferry ride away from the metropolitan center of Greece, Athens, this small island offers vacationers beauty and culture. Built as a part of a fenced three-house-complex (each house has its own private outdoors and pool) just outside Perdika village, Pierre (of 150 sq.m. indoors) is a beautiful option for small group of travelers. Away from the bustling shores, enjoy the warm golden sunsets snuggled under the arbor or spend the night looking at the beautiful night sky. The poolside lounging area is perfect for those lazy afternoons with the perfect mix of a cool drink and a nap in the pleasant breeze. 
 
Pierre is the embodiment of rustic charm and artisanal craft. The stone hedges and exteriors give the place a cooling effect. The homey interiors, with the tasteful furnishings and traditional art pieces mirror the spirit of the island.

The beautiful house developed in three floors can comfortably house 6 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The pool and garden can be accessed through this floor.
The first floor features an air conditioned master bedroom complete with en suite bathroom, large closets and a private balcony with sea-views.
The lower level has a twin and a double bedroom with an attached playroom (that can sleep 2 children, upon request). The two rooms share a bathroom and a laundry area.

Outdoor space of the private backyard includes the swimming pool (7,5 m. x 3,5 m.) and a pergola covered seating area. Plants and lawn parts surround the yard, while there is a beautiful outdoor dining area as well.
 
The house's services and facilities include: Air conditioning (at the living room and the 1st floor bedroom), ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WiFi internet access, TV, mini sound system, washing machine/clothes-dryer/ironing equipment, 2 parking spaces.
