Sitting atop a hill overlooking the scenic Saronic Gulf, Villa Aeginitissa II is waiting to offer you an enjoyable stay.

This luxurious split-level property is nestled among olive and citrus trees, in the area of Profitis Ilias, Perdika on the island of Aegina. An island that is still true to itself, home to some of the best pistachios in the world, Aegina is not far from Athens’s main port, Piraeus; if you want to experience a great Mediterranean-Island-Living experience just a short ferry ride away from the Greek metropolis, Aegina is the ideal option.
At 9 km from the villa, Aegina Town and Port features plenty of shops, markets and restaurants/tavernas, and on a summer night, the nightlife is vibrant and filled with young people enjoying strolls and cocktails at the local bars.

Aeginitissa Villa II is located on a privately-owned estate and features 6 cosy bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance and can serve as an independent guest room. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, while the villa can fit up to 15 guests in total, with 3 people in extra beds.
There’s also a kitchen with a dining table, a living room and various sitting areas, a laundry room and an extra W.C.
The kitchen features beautiful olive-green cupboards and is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric water boiler, and toaster.
After you’ve made your breakfast, you can go out onto the amphitheatrical patio and enjoy your meal sitting at one of the four sitting areas, while looking at a magnificent view of the Gulf, and the glorious sunrise.
The Greek summer is especially hot, and fortunately, a private pool is at your disposal to cool off after taking in the sun; relax at the comfortable sunbeds, and wash off at the shower just by the pool.

Should you decide to go swimming, the organized Aeginitissa beach is located nearby, just a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive. There is a beach bar for lunch and cocktails, loungers and parasols for you to relax and take in the fresh summer air.
The picturesque fishing village of Perdika is a longer walk away, at 2 km from the villa. You can go shopping, or have lunch at the numerous tavernas.

At dusk, you can prepare delicacies at the outdoor BBQ, invite some friends and watch the mesmerizing sunset while sitting at the gorgeous Al Fresco dining area for a moonlit dinner!
As for the villa’s interior, its decor is modern but warm, matching the natural surroundings of the estate. Each tastefully decorated bedroom, equipped with lux linen and mattresses, has its own special name and plenty of closet space for your island clothes to take up!

Even if you choose to visit Aegina out of season, Aeginitissa Villa II is still an ideal option; the heating/cooling system is centrally installed and functions according to the weather conditions. There’s a fireplace in the living room for you to cosy up on the couch and watch a film on the TV, and an outside fireplace as well, for the more adventurous.
